There is a large garden to the rear of both the properties that has been lawned and includes a 15ft round above ground swimming pool. The gardens are enclosed with gates at the entrances.

To the front of the cottage is a gravel driveway with a parking area to the side. Beyond the driveway is a two-acre meadow for all guests to roam and explore. This leads on to the Forêt de Coëtquen which includes mapped out walks to follow.

To the front of the Gîte there is a gravelled area which incorporates an ancient bread oven, with a walled pergola area.

Outdoor games and equipment are provided, such as swimming pool, paddling pool, badminton set, tennis, soft ball, cricket, footballs, frisbees etc.

We have also converted a small barn between the gîte and cottage into a utility room which houses a washing machine, sink, airer, iron and ironing board.

BBQs and garden furniture are provided for all guests.
